Refund Policy
Digital Downloads are exempt from refunds in both US and UK legislation. Once you've downloaded the product, it's considered 'consumed,' and there's no automatic right to a refund unless the product is defective and you're unable to 'consume' it.
But hey, we get it—sometimes we all make impulse buys that don't turn out quite like we expected. We've all been there, thinking we're getting one thing, and it turns out to be something completely different.
That's why we're committed to customer satisfaction. If you have a legitimate and honest complaint about our products, we promise to listen and provide a no-quibble refund.
Of course, there are some exceptions. We can't issue refunds 'just because.' We have guidelines and exceptions to keep things fair for everyone.
To help you buy with confidence, we offer a free sample policy. If you'd like to receive a free sample of any of our images, just let us know. This way, you can see the quality and performance before you buy.
If you're still not happy, get in touch! We're real people with a real shop, and we'll always communicate and work with you to resolve the matter.
For Digitial Images and SVG Bundles
We strive to offer a 'hassle-free as possible' refund policy. If you're ever dissatisfied with any of our digital image files, just reach out within 2 days of purchase using our contact form and let us know why.
If the file is damaged or not as described in the provided images, we'll issue a refund within 24 hours of your notification.
We usually do not issue refunds for the following reasons:
- The file is not what you wanted. Please check before purchasing.
- The images are not to your liking. Again, please check the images before purchasing.
- You contacted us more than 2 days after purchase and download.
- The file is not compatible with your operating system. Please check compatibility and feel free to ask us ahead of purchase.
However, we will consider each refund request on its own merits.
For Software
Due to licensing and copyright issues, refunds on software are issued at our discretion.
If you encounter a problem, please get in touch and let us know the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter if it's a technical issue.
We cannot issue refunds for the following reasons:
- The software is not compatible with your operating system. Please ensure compatibility before purchasing.
- The software does not do what you thought it would. Please read the description and make sure it is the right software for your tasks.
- You are unable to install the software due to technical issues with your system.
All other issues will be considered on their own merit.
Please note that we retain 8% of the purchase price on all refunds to cover transaction fees.
